TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1) By booking photo session with Little Treasure photography client agrees to all LTP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2) PAYMENT: Your non refundable booking fee will be paid by the client prior to the photo shoot to secure your booking. Remaining balance have to be paid on the  session day or any day before.

3) TRAVEL: A nominal charge to cover travel expenses will be applied for all locations over a 5 mile radius of postcode RM16 4AU.

 

Client are responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to your location (admission fees, parking, etc.). This will be agreed upon prior to the Photo Shoot and paid alongside the initial session fee payment.

4) CANCELLATION: I require the booking fee from clients to prevent late cancellations, as cancelled slots have an impact on my diary. Booking fees are non-refundable unless Little Treasure Photography cancels your booking. I also offer no guarantee that a new session will be provided.

5) RE-SCHEDUL: Client can re-schedule the session only once and the second date have to be set up within 6 months after paying in the booking fee. After that period booking fee is kept by Little Treasure Photography and no other session will be offered.

6) POSTAGE & PACKAGING: All Prices stated on the website are inclusive of Postage & Packaging.

7) IMAGES: Quantity of images supplied will vary depending on package chosen and level of activity. Images are edited with a style prefered by photographed and by booking Little Treasure Photography client agrees to style and artistic freedom of photographer. Once images are selected there are replacements allowed. Once edits are aproved by client, there are no changes allowed. 

8) COPYRIGHT ©: Little Treasure Photography owns all rights and copyright to the images supplied. 

9) PERMITTED USES: When client buy EDITED and HIGH RESOLUTION digital images with all printing rights the copyright of all images will belong to Little Treasure Photography. You have the right to reproduce any of your digitally purchased images for personal use or to give to family and friends , however, you are not permitted to sell to stock image galleries or tu use images for commercial purpose. In case of breaking this permission client will be charged £200 per image for every image that was used not for personal use.

10) PRICING: All prices are subject to change at the discretion of Little Treasure Photography. Private online galleries will be closed after 4 days - a £10 charge per day will be added if you need an extension for viewing.

11) AT THE SESSION: Clients are not allowed to take any photos or record videos during the session.

12) AFTER SESSION: Once pictures are edited client will receive link to online gallery with his choosen, edited pictures. Online gallery will be active for 3 months - it`s client`s responsibility to download pictures and make additional copies within that time. After 3 months online gallery will be delated. Little Treasure Photography will store client`s pictures for 6 months from the date of the session only.

13) You agree to hold harmless, Little Treasure Photography and representatives from any dispute in the event you become injured during your session or while on the studio premises. Little Treasure Photography and its representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by you or your family, or any damage to your property during the photo session or while on studio premises.

 

14) Little Treasure Photography does not take responsibility for client`s child/children behavement, if child does not

co-operate there is no refund offered.
